Our Services
We offer a wide range of services including medicine, skilled nursing including 24 hour triage, OPWDD/OMH trainings, Incident Review Management, direct care services, and much more. Our team of trained professionals will work to improve systems, protocols and ensure quality care for the people we serve.
Our Team
Our team is composed of an array of specialists, including a DO, RN's, a Quality Service Trainers and Direct Support Staff who are AMAP, SCIP and CPR certified.
